Russia struck Kyiv's Northern Bridge over the Dnipro River with a drone on the day German Chancellor Friedrich Merz arrived in Ukraine on an unannounced visit. The attack injured two people, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Video footage showed the drone hitting the roadway and exploding as vehicles crossed.
